Sieve bend for Starch Processing

Feiya group branch factory-Xinlu's sieve bends are extensively used to remove fiber in the starch industry. Made by welding vee-wire in a circular manner to the support rods, each sieve bend is ideal for rigorous sizing applications. For heavy duty water removal and classification tasks, we use thicker wedge wire and support rods to produce a rigid sieve bend screen. For each given wedge wire screen style, customers can choose the slot sizes according their specific application requirements.

Aside from the starch industry, the DMS screen is also widely used for sugar making, brewing, coolant filtration and slime removal.
